Only individual, non-corporate contributions can be accepted by credit card. Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions are in excess of $200.00 in a calendar year.

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Your contribution will be used in connection with federal elections and is subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act.

Federal election law prohibits foreign nationals, except legal permanent residents of the United States, from making contributions that will be used in connection with any election.
